1 more help, do you have a TWRP/Philz recovery for your MT6575.
I have a cwm but recently my power button broke so cannot use it to flash.
Iv tried lately to port TWRP using CC2.2 but for some stupid reason, it does not do the needful.
Would really appreciate if you can share any touch recovery.img file

Nomaan Bhai,
I have tried lots of time to port TWRP recovery for this device but at failed as image size of the recovery does not match the partition size so i go for CWM.
if there is power button problem,,,use tooth pick or any sort of pin,,,,,,
However i also like TWRP because it is user friendly.....I am still trying to create it,,,also i am looking for sources to create for this device,,,,,
When ever it will be ready i will upload it for you...do not worry

Any luck with TWRP recovery for this device.
Also, if you don't have any issues, can you send me a SP tool backup of your device so that I can flash it on mine (If possible) as I know its a lot of hassle for anyone to do it

Mtk droid tools can make a flash backup that can work for me.
That way, I can flash the ROM using Flash tools as I do now with the official ROM
Did you get any new ROM for this device??

Randomly getting "system ui" and "settings" errors. in this rom.....what is the solution please?????

Hi guys, I have been trying to install this android version, after successfull setup of CWM recovery I have followed the steps provided to install the zip files, and no error appears when doing it. But after I reboot the phone, it gets stuck at the android robot screen and it never finishes to boot.

If I recover the original ROM the phone works okay. I don't know what I am doing wrong, this is my first time installing custom OS in mobile phones.

Also, i guess ur stock rom is 4.2 and this is 4.03 so maybe its not compatible with ur devcie

Thank you for the reply. It has been a while since the last time I checked this problem so I will get with it again this afternoon or tomorrow.

The phone original rom has the version spoofed, it says 4.2 but it is an older version.

Following the guide in 2nd post, I didn't use TWRP recovery, I installed CWM recovery.

¿Should I install TWRP?

Regarding the version, if you see the FAQ section in the 2nd post, you can see that the version there is also 4.2.2, so I suppose that is not the problem.

    I have made this rom for Mt6575 Gti9500.
    If you love kitkat and holo look you will surely love this, I have spent over a month in making this rom and hopefully i get a good response.
    This Rom is Bloatware free , No bulls**t stuff just pure usable settings and addons that i have made .

    HOW TO INSTALL:
    This is A cmw Flashable zip file
    1.Boot into Cmw Recovery
    2.Goto Mounts and Storage
    Format system ,data, Cache
    3. Go back and go to advanced >wipe davilex cache
    4. Goto Mounts and storage again
    Mount system, Mount Data , mount emmc/sdcard
    5. Chose zip from you sdcard or internal sdcard and flash it
    6. Flash Gapps .


    Bugs :
    1.Usb Storage Doesnt Work with the cm9 and the kitkat systemui
    Use the Stock themed systemui for that to work
    2.Airplane and 3g/2g toggle doesnt work in kitkat systemui
    3. Settings force closes at the start of the mobile but dont worry it just works fine.
