Android 4.4.4 with Wifi working
Hi there!

Just want to share what I found on the Android x86 Google forum

A guy called Mario Holzinger built a 4.4.4 efi image with wifi working

I tried it on my SP3 this morning, and the result was amazing

Wifi works perfectly fine and I no longer need to do tethering with my phone

Just look back from the end of the page

And some screenshots attached to prove wifi works

I've gone down a different path and am trying out AMIDUOS which is essentially a virtual machine. Seems to be pretty good though.

Got a virtual machine working with bluetooth by using VMWare Player rather than VirtualBox. Still kinda wonky on the connection though. Just bought a $30 Digiland Android tablet, heaps easier!

How does this installation work, you need to install it over Ubuntu?
I already have 15.10 running. Can I install it over this one?
