Is this a tool that helps with backing up the modemst1+modemst2 image files?

And any idea whether this should work on non Samsung devices, such as an LG G3?

Thanks!

If you can create one for the LG G3 (I'm with T-Mobile, if that matters), I'd gladly share it over in our threads giving you full and proper credit!

This is request thread to support your device

Guys If you want a EFS/IMEI backup yool which baclup full EFS + Modemst1 and modemst2 (Only making EFS backup have no meaning on Qcomm) just like I have made for N9005 here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2698639
I requires some info from your device. (I don't own S5)
Here attached a application which can generate required info on Int SD card in form of
Dr.Ketan_flashingTool_report1_your device model.txt and Dr.Ketan_flashingTool_report2_your device model.txt
Kindly attach both report here on thread and then I can add support for S5 different models.

-Install attach apk
-Long press on generate report
-Once you get flash msg about report generated, look to Int SD card for above said file.

PS : This is not Backup Tool but just info generating tool, once i will have info I will make tool.

Please, help me with my Galaxy S5 Duos G900FD model

Thanks !

Can anyone confirm if there is any truth that the fsg and backup partitions contain backups of the modemst1 and modemst2 partitions?

I only have a backup of efs, fsg, and modem partitions and I think I need to get my modemst1 and/or modemst2 partitions restored. Everything works except I seem to have lost my 4G/LTE Band information for US Cellular.
I cannot recall if I did a nvbackup but I had read somewhere that it could be possible I do have backup of modemst1 and modemst2 already.
How can I check if I have good backups before doing an nvrestore?

This is on a Galaxy S4 Mini (SCH-R890).
