I'm on 6.0.1 sultan rom atm. On WiFi battery it's ok. When I use mobile data it just sucks as lp did (mobile radio active bug still present and google just don't care). Plus I'm missing Whatsapp push notifications when phone goes into doze.
Thinking of going to a 4.1.1 rom or switching to iOS on my next device.

My experience with stock CM12s is really bad. So I will switch to CM13 by Sultan, today! I think in combination with Greenify and Root I will be getting much better battery life..

I have general question about battery life in this phone. Something's been troubling me since I bought my first one: at first battery life seemed unbeatable almost 50 to 60 % percent left every day, I started installing apps and things of the sort which made it drop to 45% left, every night before charging. So I immediately rooted it and flashed everything, and got about 10 to 15% better battery life. University and work came, took my life away and the phones battery started to decrease at an incredible ratio, to the point where 2 months later it wouldnt get to 5pm alive. So I flashed another rom, and changed kernel, and it got better, at about 5% left at night, but I remembered what it was like to have 50% left every night with the same usage and even gaming. So I turned back to 4.4.4 totally stock, and it wouldn't get past 3pm, so my question is> How much does a flashing with underclock/undervolt (I dont use overclock, because its pointless) damage my phone? Because since then I've bought a new OPO and everything is absolutely fantastic, and smoothness is absolute heaven (with CM12.1 STOCK), even smoother than a flashed GS6 (from my sister). But I am getting the feeling that I won't flash my this time around because there is just too much damage done to my phone... (I know flashing is at my own risk, and my new OPO has been running for 3months non stop, not showing any signs of battery shortage...

Hi! Since i got my OPO i never flashed it or ROOTED. And i want to keep it stock as much time as it possible. So my OPO stills completely stock. At the moment my OPO runs on CM12.1.1. And i had the same problem with battery as you. Few days ago i red a topic on some forum about Task killers. And they sad that such a thing is not good for Android devices. And they were sugesting for not using Task killers apps. Thats what i did. Uinstalled Advanced Task Killer (that was the app what i was using) and battery life increașed! Now before charging i have like 35-20% of battery charge.
It really helped me o that problem.

UPDATE: Here is the topic
