Do you know which version that you need ?
Check the thread linked in my signature, anything you're not sure can ask there.

Thanks for the answer.

My phone is S-Off with TWRP already installed.

I'm not sure if i need a specific version I just want to revert my phone back to any HTC Sense stock rom. My phone was H3G branded but that's not a need to go back to that specific version as long as I've back my phone to a stock rom.

I'll have a look there!

If it is S-Off then it's up to you what you want your device to be

Try reading just a few posts backwards from here. I have already linked to it if you would only have the patience and READ A FEW POSTS. Laziness is rife in these forums. I want, I want, I want. You're like spoilt children some of you people.

i dont know if it is stated somewhere here in this thread
but it might be helpful to add the command for setting the phone back to s-on

fastboot oem writesecureflag 3

otherwise the phone will think its a testing device from htc

There's no reason to go back to S-On except for warranty. In fact, it's not recommended to go back at all.

Hi all,
If any one can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
I'm trying to get back to stock from running Venom Roms viper 4.6.1
My phone was s-off, super CID, bootloader unlocked.

I've followed all the instructions relocked the bootloader, reset tamper flags and changed CID back to european HTC__032
On flashing the RUU I get the following error in the command window;

C:\Android\adb>fastboot flash zip ruu.zip
target reported max download size of 1826418688 bytes
sending 'zip' (1594628 KB)...
OKAY [ 63.519s]
writing 'zip'...
(bootloader) zip header checking...
(bootloader) shift signature_size for header checking...
FAILED (remote: 32 header error)
finished. total time: 63.821s

Any ideas what the problem might be or how to solve it?

You locked the bootloader. Why? You are S-OFF there's no need to lock it. Now unlock it again and retry.
