google play music and google talkback update problem

i have a weird problem;
i updated all programs from play store. but every reboot there is a head up notification google play music and google talkback needs update. i update these two programs. but after reboot, same notification again....
so i remove these apps from root directory. but after reboot, phone automaticaly install these two programs again.
how can i fix it.

Hi mate

from OP

Data apps:
Flashing Rom with Full wipe or with No Full Wipe some applications installed at data/app folder (like Omega Files, OmegaDroid, Chrome, STranslator etc)
All this data apps can not be removed because android 5.0 (lollipop) treats them like system apps and after a reboot they are reinstalled even if you remove them.
This data/apps are necessary to keep system partition with enough free space.
To remove this apps here are some options:
1. Do not install apps you do not need during flash (deselect them from aroma)
2. Use this flashable aroma zip file to remove them after flashing Omega rom (very easy to do)
3. Delete them yourself from data/app folder (not so easy)

Download file mention on point 2 , remove those apps there , then go to Play Store and download the app from there, it should work

Mate I seem to have a problem here....

Im unable to somehow create a wifi hotspot on my i9500... Although it creates a hotspot but somehow none of the devices (even my S5) picks it up in the wifi.... This is very strange....
On the other hand when I create a hotspot on my S5 my S4 easily picks it up and gets connected...

Seems like the S4 is somehoe not beaming any signal...

Kindly look into it...

When you create a hotspot in the device it will ask you if the hotspot should allow new devices to connect or only the previous connected devices to connect.

You should have clicked the previous devices. hence the new devices wont be able to see the ssid of your s4 and wont be able to connect.

Solution : in hotspot setting select allow new devices to connect option.

Hit like if this helps you.

I went into the settings, I selected "all decices" under "Allow wifi access to"...

Nevertheless still no luck... Very strange....:banghead:

Guys I think my beaming service is not working... Actually it was missing from my System/apps but now Ive added that app to my System/apps and updated it and restarted my device.... Somehow still no luck...
Are there any other apps associated with it?? Incase those are somehow missing from my device...

I found a link here on xda which lists all the modems including J9 Modem (provided by @wanam) but unfortunately Im unable to download it...

Hi HassanM , no problem mate

I would think you might have problems with it most likely imei problem as if remember right the file structure changed from 4.3 to 4.42......

We are still here giving support to the rom , we are based on stock rom and at the moment there is no official marshmallow firmware for the I9500

I Discovered with Omega v28 for i9500 that after installing an Ad-Blocking Hosts file to etc/hosts, the Hotspot would turn on, but no devices would connect. After i delete the hosts file , reboot device, all devices connected correctly to the phones Hotspot. Then i Just intalled Omega v27 i9500, which does not have the problem.
