Help! Dead magician

well for the start i woke up one morning and my magician was turned off (no reason for that..full battery etc) and when i tried to turn it on the blue led only blinks one time and nothing..if i connect the charger a red light turns on and nothing else. If i leave it connected to the pc after like 10 mins it turns on but with a blank screen and i can hear startup sound but nothing happens. after several minutes it goes back to "sleep" . if anybody knows what´s wrong (about my magician not my english:P) please reply. thanks in advance

problem solved by removing all chip covers. thanks darken korin for moving my post. sorry for wrong subject post
