The eMMC chip has failed. Cannot be fixed by flashing.

Replace the eMMC chip (a workshop job) or a new motherboard

pit file fails with re-partition and even without re-partition
PDA or bootloader or recovery flash fails with PIT partition error

Are you suing the original Samsung USB cable to flash the ROM? Tried different USB cables and USB ports?
