How come when i try to flash the build from RaymanFX (EOS). it says Failed in TWRP. am i doing something wrong ? i tried to flash the kernel first. but still no success

I had that when trying to install from AOSPX I modded, using TWRP installed via playstore coming from PA. Perhaps it has something to do with that? Try CWM perhaps?

I was trying to flash this rom and my phone doesn't seem to boot up after exiting from the recovery. It just gives a vibrate and the display wouldn't even turn on. It seems to be soft bricked and the only way to get out this mode seems to be to flash the stock rom using the flash tool. Nothing else works!
This issue seems to occur with many other roms like ParanoidAndroid,PACman, cyanogenmod, Carbon Rom and Crdroid (basically any kitkat rom) in this Xperia S thread for me!!
I thought this might be due to incompatible rom but my phone is Xperia S(LT26i) and this is thread is apparently the correct one for my phone!!!
Any help guys?

There's a QnA thread. Go ask there. This one is only meant for development

And why the hell are you posting this on every ROM thread?

I need some help.

I have a Xperia S, and I followed the Instructions at the google project page:

Download
Fastboot flash the boot.img inside the zip
Flash the zip in recovery

The problem is, the .zip File is not on my device. I have the Recovery Open, but I cant flash the zip file because it's not on the device.
I can't get an adb shell and push it on the device either :(

And I cant get in the OS because the only thing i've done so far is flashing the boot.img.

What can I do?

I just realized there is ADB Sideload but:
TWRP ist stucking @ "Starting ADB sideload feature..."

when running cmd -> adb sideload file.zip it says "error, device not found"

yes I'm in the correct folder.

[Solved]

I used Emma (from Sony) to reinstall the original Sony Xperia S Rom.
Then I loaded the .zip file to my sdcard and restarted the process. Now I'm running Cyanogenmod :) yay
