I have connected pda (windows xp) activesyns. Always, every rom, whitch i want to upgrade: update from: (empty) to: (empty). Only if i turn ON pda, then upgrade from: 1.0.10 to 1.12, click NEXT and pda goes to bootloader. "checking devace data" and nothing happened. I thing the last chance is upgrade rom from sd card in bootloader mode, but it must be backup rom from own pda This is the end :/ i may throw my megican to trash. Thanks for answers.

You should turn on PDA then connect to pc after that will be upgrade from to filled. When you click next automaticly go to bootloader and install new rom

Yes, i try that. Turn on, connect, upgrade, then pda goes to bootloader mode and nothing happened - "checking device infromation ...... " all the time. Do you know any way to upgrade from the sd card. I can't do a backup and change 416 bytes in new roms, like a say xda-developers tutorial. Without that pda not flash new rom from sd.

If you know anyone from your friends that have magician try get backup from him. If you don't have, last thing that I can advise, try other roms. You can find it there
