Help!! dash 3g ERROR 262

Newb here. I tried updating my dash 3g from 6.1 to the official 6.5. it seemed to go ok at first when the update reached 14% it rebooted and kept going. When it reached 27% it stayed there for a while then said error 262 and i ran through the whole recovery and redid it a few times with the same outcome. Now my dash is stuck on the 4 color screen.
