im uploading it to my 4shared now but im on balls slow dsl.

i just extracted it, boot/wimax/radio are the exact same as ota (as to be expected)
i also compared it to the system dump i created myself from OTA and all is identical, damagecontrol for sure is 100% on latest files.

Thx for the effort, do we need to be on 1.47 to flash this?

It's a official ruu.exe file from HTC no it does not come rooted it has to be unpacked Su files have to be added zipped and signed to flash in recovery.
