Remove custom recovery/Unrevoked 2?

Hey,

So before I send my old evo back, I need to know how to remove the custom clockworkmod recovery that I put on with unrevoked 2. Unless sprint.com won't check that or care.

Is this a going to flash the stock oem rom and remove clockworkmod by simply running the exe?

will this also remove unrevoked 3? i would like to get my phone back to factory specs. I was told do dl the ruu but my s-off. do I have to run the thing to get s on?
