Default upgrade to 6.5 help requested

Will I be able to upgrade touch VIVA from 6.1 to 6.5?
If yes where can I find the resources?
sincerely,
raju

Unfortunately, I am playing with a clone with
Java:
Java 2.0
CPU:
Marvell pxa312 624MHZ
Room:
RAM/ROM:128M/256M
OS:
Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional
I got compatibility issues.
I may have to live with it.

Read this guide carefully, it has everything you need to know about flashing/upgrading your device:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=685025

Then pick a ROM from the forum and install it.
Personally, I recommend jagan2's Evo2 ROM. It's stable and has been throughly tested by many users here on XDA.
Just browse through the available ROMs and choose one according to your needs.

Just one word of caution though: upgrading your device will void your warranty! So be careful with your decisions.

Good luck..
System Specs.: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 @ ~3 GHz OC'ed (FSB @ 1560 MHz), Gigabyte EP35-DS3R based on Intel P35 chipset, 2*2048 MB OCZ FlexII 1150+ PC2-9200 DDR2 RAM, BFGTech nVidia Geforce 8800GT OC w/512 MB GDDR3, Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi XtremeMusic.

- Device: Samsung Galaxy S2.
- ROM: Stock Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2.
- Device History: Nokia 3510i > Nokia 6820 > i-Mate JAM > HTC Touch Viva > HTC Touch Pro2 > SGS2.

You didn't install the HardSPL program and that's why you're having problems.
You can't install any custom ROMs without installing H-SPL first!
Read this thread for instructions:

Good luck.

are ppl just getting lazy these days or am i mistaken? y dont ppl just look around first?

Mini-Reviews:

1) Sennheiser- best audio quality seen till date, good budget oriented, audiophile headphone would be PX100.
2)ATi graphic card amongst the most flexible, sapphire best maker, (of which one is better, nVidia or ATi, it long on going argument)
3) Network services, Sevice Provider, Airtel the best in India, Vodafone comes second, BSNL/MTNL third, worst would be !dea. (This point valid only for Indian readers.)
