ROM USERSThis thread is created to inform all the users regarding how disastrous or how good a ROM is so that others won't waste their time or brick their mobile by flashing the ROM. Also let others know that - for instance if you have installed SPB mobile shell then your system is stuck and you have to go for a hard reset. In such situation, we wont install that particular sofware in that ROM.

Extraclean ROMs

I loved the Extraclean ROMs, and been using the YuE one. Today I flashed the Andrea Extraclean one, it looks good and fast. My opinion is to have the ROM skeletonized, so I can install al my softwares. I never liked M2D stuff, nor other Contacts software other that PhotoContactPro.

So I'g love to have win 6.5 Crazily clean, in win 6.1 GUI.

i always flash back to andreW82 extra clean once ive tested other roms, ive seen it at 32mb ram free.. (28mb ram free shown in his rom thread) this rom is really fast and possibly my favourate 6.1 rom..

however..

for 6.5.. the babbelut rom is probably my other favourate with the spb shell..

+1 for Andrew82 - in my opinion this is the best ROM and even with PointUI installed I get well over 20MB free.

With Windows Mobile 6 5, which is the best in terms of memory/performance?

Yes it is the latest. BTW: I am using AndreW82_WM6.1_21054_ExtraClean_v1.3_WWE and looks OK, but My Aretmis keeps freezing.

6.1 ROMS

Yeah..I tried Andre too. And I installed one applicaiton ( I think it was ineosft) and was not able to boot up..Had to do hard reset..(used a day)

Emrulez : Even simple functionality like time was not updating after 12.00 PM. (used a day)

Mischelle ( lite and vanilla ) is the best and great in speed and storage. However, it freezes for a minute once in a while...It just happens and I dont knw when...( a month)

Yes YUE is the best also OOPs Tom Condon..Wondering any new updates available....

I like extra lite YUE like u so that we can install our own application....

Also you can try Thai ROMs...They make better ROM

Hmm. I don't really like these types of threads, but I'll let this one stay, as long as you guys keep playing nice. I've seen threads like this start a complete flamewar before, so i'll keep a close eye on this.
