Avatars temporarily disabled

There's a yet another new phpBB security problem. Something to do with uploading avatars. I cannot oversee the scope of the problem right now, and the phpBB people have messed up uploading their new version to Sourceforge, so the new version cannot be downloaded.

I've turned off the Avatars until we upgrade. No worries: your avatar isn't gone, and it will come back soon...
