I have a problem for 2 day, i'm very crazy, don't find solution, please help me...

I have dump rom stock 1.66 with Visual Kitchen, and then i have deselect some application (ex. adobe, copilot) i have create rom and flash my device, but is blocked configuration device and does not go ahead, i have check runcc, but nothing...

Another test I did:

recooking ROM with all package, but i have the same problem...

how to resolve ....

So if i move all the PROVXML files from the new SYS or EXT to the to OperatorPkg folder of any newer version from the default in my cook in EVK then will overwrite any .reg entry or PROVXML of previous version or packages?

I have faced the following problem whith the cooking.

I have the SMS_Provider module in the SYS folder and i delete from the OEMDRivers folder because it was newer in the SYS.

I changed the .rgu in the OEMdrivers and i keep the .rgu in SYS.

The result is that i cannot send SMS and the .rgu registry from SYS folder doesn't include in the PDA regisrty?
