Default Boot Animation Help Pls

Ok guys and gals, First let me apologize for starting a new thread but I have searched 5 different sites and googled for hours. I cant seem to change my boot animation. I've have followed four how to's and even tried three different market programs with no luck. how even all of these solutions work on my Lg Ally. So im assuming the captivate is different. could someone with first hand knowledge Pls post a how to on changing the boot animation for this wonderful devise. Thank you ahead of time.

(also has anyone heard any updates on Overclocking to 1.6 yet?)

Post your question in the Captivate question and answer section of the forum, please. This is the devopement section and delelopers don't like general Q&A on this section. Someone will be able to help you there.
Current devices;
T Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note II, stock ROM and Kernal HTC Sensation 4G, Debranded, S-Off, Viper v1.3.5, XxXPachaXxX Kernel v2, 4Ext Touch Recovery Not in use currently
