Default Tasl Manager 1.5 and JPC/JPH

Tasl Manager 1.4 from Samsung market sent JPC phones into a FC loop on startup at the Big S screen. Has anyone tried 1.5 yet to see if it has the same problem on JPC/JPH? Which version comes with JPH?
