Ok that was the problem with it not working. I was using two at att.net accounts. I signed up for a yahoo.com account and signed into the yahoo.com account on my PC and the att.net on the EVO. I am now able to video chat. Thanks for all of your help!

update doesnt work on wifi for me. voice n video works for me to my pc jus laggy on video n clear on voice

Ok I uninstalled, wiped cache and dalvik cache, reinstalled and now it works...

I had problems downloading the video apk over 3G. It kept having parsing errors when I tried to install. Copied it over via USB and it installed just fine.

I downloaded both files and isntalled on Evo
started yahoo messenger on laptop and signed in with different name
video call worked perfect! very cool, hope it doesn't affect battery like others
only other one I got to work was IMochiva, worked nice but yahoo is simple and others are more likely to have it on pc

Epic 4G- It looks like it will accept the log in. but then the screen just flips instantly back to the log in screen again. Anyone else have this issue?

yeah sometimes it takes a few tries to connect..
