So what's with the problem of swype/samsung keyboard?
I see many people have that problem, myself included, but no solution yet?
Battery drain confirmed ?
In 8 hours of little usage I lost 40%, is that normal ?

I'm on JPO 7.5, kernel tweaks on, a=4 lagfix

I dont have that issue, Did you check settings/locale and text. Is both keyboards visible?
Ext4 lagfix seems to take its toll in battery. Maybe i make a kernel change to next rom.

Flashed ROM, settings/locale shows ONLY samsung, reboot recovery, flashed Swype.zip, reboot, locale then shows ONLY swype.

I manually added the samsung keybard apk using adb and now it shows both.. go figure, anpother of "those" things

Doc, I was just wondering, are you still thinking (or maybe already started with) about a TW launcher but more improved, modified by you obviously. I thought I saw a post by you a couple of pages back if I'm not mistaken that stated that.

Im on 7.5(jpa) and have a=ext4.BLN is on and my battery has never been better. im putting in over 26 hours on a full charge. I use the phone quite a lot. wifi always on, 3g always on. 3 push accounts with mail, calendar and contacts. 7 homescreens and 6 widgets.

So there might be other issues than ext4. Any thoughts on reiserfs for the ROM Doc?

And btw, thanks for awesome work

"mount : mounting /dev/block/mmcblk0p2 on res/odata failed invalid argument.
Somthing went very wrong while mounting" and so on...

Can't seem to enter download mode, recovery mode,...

Any advice? thnx!
