Hi,
after deinstalling Norton Antivirus 2005 (upgrading to NAV 2006) I got the ActiveSync error code 85010014. De- and Reinstallation of Norton, Outlook, ActiveSync, ... did not help. Finally I found a registry key of the NAV2005 scriptblocking function, which ist not avialable in NAV2006, and the referred dll was removed. After deleting the key ActiveSync 4.1 synced again without problems ![]() If anyone get similar problems, check out the "Default" key in the following registrypath: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{0006F03 A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\InprocServer32 make a backup, delete it, and try to run Activesync. good luck! greetings, Martin |
