help breeimg for htc mteor breeze

When I put mico sd with BREEIMG.NBH file in boot loader mode phone show me this messege:first: "loading" then: "checking" and finally: "00028002 Not allow" and he back to boot loaedr. 3 color screen BREE100 IPL-0.90
BREE100 SPL-1.10.0000 . and not run on normal mode. not connected computer via activesync. please help me.

You have to HardSPL first

Hm. Look like the breeze don't have HSPL. Try finding a ship rom for your breeze and rename it to breeimg.nbh. 00028002 Not allow is because you still have cid lock and the rom you're trying to flash is not your cid.

which ship rom flashing my breeze ? which prosses i cid unlock.
my activesync got no connection. my device manager can not indicate the breeze when i conect it with the usb cable.I try to flash 852727 mteor upgrade_2 this pack 2 file. I run first file Mteor_EUR_1.09SPL and connect mobile in "Bootloader mode" via usb after some time appear error 260.then i run second file mteor upgrade 1.34.251.1_1.38.00.10_EUR the message appear you upgrade rom the flashing rom start. but flashing going only 1% the mobile reboot & start splashig second screen and stop.The massage on pc "INVALID VENDOR ID" These prosses run on only the Breeze in Bootloder mode.

i have the exact problem like yours...
please, do anyone has the answer for this...

i think that not all downoads a still online..
so you just have to try...
if the download is off..you can post a request..

but breeze forum here is just getting quite and quiter...
the phone wasn't ever very popular...

maybe the providers can give you some original files ...
