Default Files not updating in USB storage mode

When I copy or delete files when in USB storage, no changes are seen by any app until a reboot. No app see the changes made after exit from USB storage mode. I have tried Astro, ES, PSX4Droid and other apps. Reboot or no changes applied. Index issue?

Anyone else seeing this issue? When I change files using Astro or ES, everything is fine. Issue pertains to file changes while in USB mode.

Using TnT Lite 2.0 + 2.03 patch.

I think the device is not being rescanned after the usb is turned off, so no updated index.

hmmm, might not be as stable as I would have liked it. Probably the performance pack at work.

I'm having bizarre issues with USB mode in Ubuntu + cwm. Maybe it's the vold binary.

EDIT: Seems to be the vold binary -- definitely fixes my own issue. I might have a 2.0.4 up tonight, as this might warrant it.
Android devices: ASUS Transformer, Notion Ink Adam, Cowon D3

Does this mean we will lose Youtube and other improvements we got with patching 2.03 over 2.0?

I'm not certain - it's definitely a speed bump, but it might not be at the level of the performance pack.

Definitely problems, since some games vanish after a reboot. Ironically, Angry Birds is one of them. Install it and reboot- you will not see it anymore.

Very weird. Seems some major index failures going on.
