Voice and Note app

Hi I once saw that on the ipad there was an app that had both a voice recorder and a note taker at the same time..

Does anyone know if there is something similar out there for the tab?

ok, I searched and didnt really find anything, closes thing though is updating the voice app, and saying "not to self..." with your message, works well! try it out, oh and try sending texts that way too
