please provide the link for the download, the link in the op takes you to vupmp blogspot & the download link there dosen't work.
if this is a test build then i would love to test this rom out.

EDIT: NVM the link is not showing in android browser but works in pc.

the rom is fast & smooth just found some minor bugs, the show large icons in app drawer doesn't work & when i pull down the status bar there is some Vietnamese text on the top.

What is new in this rom versus de 3.0 Final? What are the changes? Has camera been fixed? (video recording was broken)

installed it and it wouldn't boot. just blank screen.
coming from cm11. did wipe data, cache, dalvik. i have the F240L model, chose it in aroma installer.

Camera works well, no problem so far.
Just one bug, it stuck at auto when clicking on 2g/3g icon

The still camera works fine. Video camera does NOT work, even with 3rd party app like Google Camera.
