My phone just says no sim card and nothing I have tried will fix it. I have reset factory settings, cleaned reader with contact cleaner, and no other sim will work so its definately the phone. Any ideas? Thanks.
Is this on official firmware? Or is this on cm based ROMs I had this problem with cm 10.1 ROMs but in 10.2 and above I don't get this message about unreadable sims no warranty.

the phone has lost its imei number. Just off the phone to lg and they said if i send it to them they will have a go under goodwill, but cant guarantee it can be fixed. new phone time i think!!
