No

All Stock ROMs can ONLY be flashed via ODIN, not CWM
Nearly all Custom ROMs will ONLY be flashable via CWM
But if a custom ROM has been made flashable via ODIN, then you can flash it via ODIN

Most of the time you will use ODIN to flash Kernels, Radios (or Basebands as some people call them), recoveries, even bootloaders. Sometimes you can flash these even via CWM if they have been made CWM-Flashable. But custom ROMs are nearly always flashed via CWM.

Any Rom which gets shipped as tar containing the pure image files (or bin if a modem is included), so most customs not, because you get them as zip containing the kernel image, the system as folder structure (and maybe additional ones, depending in the Rom) and a script which gets executed within the recovery to handle the mount, copy,... process needed to get the Rom at the right places with correct permissions to work correct.

If you have downloaded the Samsung Galaxy S3 toolkit, then it will be included; go to the installation folder/directory and look for 'Odin3_v3.07' or 'Odin3_v3.04'

Go here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1671969, there is a guide how to setup and use Odin and a stock firmware compendium flashable with Odin.
