Here is my fully functional ported keyboard for Sense 3.0 (Version: 4.1.2118412438.149828).

- full STOCK
- with full trace
- with full auto-correction
- all original STOCK languages
- flashable over recovery

Requirements: Sense 3.0 Rom base

Is this a keyboard with Trace always active, and not "sometimes active but not all the time" like we see with stock (and all ROMs, for that matter)? I'd really like to be able to use Trace when entering passwords (really makes the XKCD method easier), but Trace doesn't function most of the time in the browser, nor for most password boxes.

Confirmed working and the arrows rock, but no trace in browser unfortunately. Is it possible to implement that somehow? I have an HTC_ime.apk that does it if that would help.

Hi,

thanks so far for the keyboard, I was missing the trackpad since I replaced my Desire with a Sensation.

I flashed your keyboard this morning, but the predictive function while typing got broken. Suggested words are far away from what I typed in, even other chars are written in my text than the ones I selected. Finally I disabeld word suggestions to type anything.

[current ROM: Android Revolution HD XE]

Is this a bug?
Anyone to confirm this?

I have no problems with my port. Try again the settings from the touch input reset and re-establish. You can reset it by using: Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> All Applications -> Touch Input.

Doesn't work. Keys are tiny and uncalibrated even after reseting and re calibrating.

Same for me. Reset and calibration didn't work.
Only word suggestions, German keyboard and spelling for German and English are active.

What's the change to v4?

I downloaded v4 for root users twice, but there was a mismatch between the generated and the posted md5 checksum.
Can you please validate this?

Flashed V7, did Wipe cache and dalvik and Fixed Permissions. It seems to be working, but I can't get into Settings-Touch Input!
