I did a clean 24 install and got the old fashionned bubble messaging wich I found horrible, did you putted it back ?
Also I found no way out on how to get my call log and my messages back without them being show as number.
I went back to 23 for now.
In the other hand, I noticed that the flashlight turn off automatically when the screen turns out.
Is there a way to let it on without using another app ?
I had some issue with the feature that allows you to skip song when the screen is off.
It never worked but once with spotify, during a short usage. I dont know if anyone else nottified that.
Anyway thanks again for your work

Are you guys using inverted MMS ? or normal ?

EDIT: Messaging working perfectly fine here on both normal & inverted.. iv fulled wiped and havnt restored any messages from third party applications.
Sounds like user error to me, not related to the rom.

Samsung framework and 320dpi version uses that same play store so it doesn't matter which dpi you have, it's old play store version, so it's going to update itself automatically to non-inverted version.

just flashed v24. running smoothly so far, although I haven't really tested it yet as all i did was charge it over night. have yet to try out the HD voice function. looking forward to that

Not sure if this is a bug, but my network provider name is above the clock on the lockscreen. Is this a new layout or its not supposed to be there? Looks a bit odd... Using Samsung framework

It can't be user error because I just flashed v24 again with all wipes and format /system, /data and /cache. Immediately after first boot I tried to send mms message (camera pic on lowest resolution) but messaging app gets fc just like before.

I'm using 240dpi with jkay and inverted aosp mms. With 22.1 it worked fine.

Edit: And if I try to flash with non-inverted aosp mms app, then it only install samsungs stock mms app, no aosp mms at all. So something must be wrong in installation script...

Yes, sms works fine but mms not.

And other bug is that if I choose non-inverted aosp messaging in aroma, then it doesn't install aosp messaging at all but it installs samsungs messaging app.

Im going to fullwipe and test it out..

EDIT: Once agian worked fine.. after a clean full wipe. Interesting.. Going to try using Samsung framework and then inverted MMS also..

Can you post md5 hash of v24?

Edit: nvm, it's in op :p

Edit: md5 matches, so it's not broken download... Maybe i need to format internal storage and try again.

Really Nice ROM Fomey!

I am using it with a Honeycomb theme @ 240 DPI

And its gorgeous :),
No problems what so ever,

Inverted Aosp SMS working fine,
All apps seem to have inverted fine,
Super smoooooth, liking the new Note Keyboard,

Give yourself a tap on the back mate,
Awesome work!

I have found a slight scripting issue in AROMA.. doubt its related but I will upload 24.1 with the fix now just incase.. you can give this a try.

@fOmey: Quess what, i grabbed Framework2.jar, SecTelephonyProvider.apk and Mms.apk (inverted) from null_24, packed them to flashable zip and flashed it to null_24 and now mms messages WORKS! :D So something went wrong during flashing (i tried 7 clean flash).

So i take these files from null_24.zip

/tweaks/apps/inverted/Mms.apk
/tweaks/apps/aospmms/app/SecTelephonyProvider.apk
/tweaks/apps/aospmms/framework/Framework2.jar

Im thinking it might have something to do with that AROMA bug.. will see if you dont mind id like you to try 24.1 and tell me if the same issue happens.
