The only thing thats not working for me is camera, usb external sd mounting to pc (only works in the CWM way), and youtube has a graphical glitch. I havent found any other problems yet, this is a great rom and it will get better and better!

camera works just fine, my first snapshot froze my phone , so I hard, rebooted it worked just fine,...

Are the contacts on the SIM card accessible? Do capacitive lights function even when BLN is selected? Are you able to send SMS messages close together and longer than 160 characters?
Those were the issues that had to be worked out in CM10. Just wondering if they have been worked out in AOKP. Downloaded and ready to flash, just wanted some input from others who have flashed already. Peace.

i just flashed back to cm10 got camera clock and system ui fcs with this aokp build didnt test anything else because i was getting constant fcs but it sounds like others arent having these problems
Any insight on how you may have gotten the camera to work also does your external sdcard gallery files show up? I am one of the unlucky ones no camera and no video playback(Netflix) thx

i pretty much just super wiped 3-4 times flashed rom- then jb apps then flashed cache wipe and rebooted , should definitively work after this...using cwm 5.0.2.7

You must have a magical unicorn tethered to your phone lol because I used cwm non touch to format data, format system, format cache, format emmc, and darkside superwipe 2x for the hell of it. Then flashed the rom and gapps followed by a darkside cache wipe let it sit for about 20 minutes rebooted and when I got to the camera testing it said the gallery fc and shut it down mind you when I just check the gallery everything seems fine so I cleared the data from the gallery went back into recovery did another darkside cache wipe and still nothing. Tried other camera apps and they just fc too but not by the gallery like the stock camera but the app itself.

Weird I flashed 4 times and camera worked perfectly each time, just not getting avi. video playback, sorry for ur troubles I guess not all phones are made the same

Same with me. Gallery Fc when I enter camera, but I can access the gallery app with no problems. YouTube worked fine for me, netflix however does not work. Haven't found any other issues yet.
It also runs fast and smooth, but I honestly don't notice a speed difference from what I was running with ICS. I always ran Nova and it's always been this fast with screen animations, scrolling and opening apps. Still awesome though.

Just flashed using twrp and no scripts were used to wipe and I have camera you tube and gallery seems fine all pictures loaded fast not like ICS aokp where it took time to load all my images.
Jb aokp is amazing only issue I'm having is I can't seem to get my weather in my notification bar.

It'll probably take a week or so since I'm in school, but I'll try to drop builds periodically in the meantime. All props to CyanogenMod for getting aosp up and running for the phone. Glad this initial build has turned out so well. ^^41OP updated. Here's the gist of it.

-lots of fixes all around40OP updated with new nightly (or would this be a morningly?). Settings > Storage FC is fixed. Also contains some minor audio updates to bring everything in line. Everything has been merged for this device and it was given the OK. What this means is the next time you see @AOKP_ROM tweet that there's a new official release, hercules will be on that list.
