Check your APN settings and make sure they are correct and there is one for MMS. I'm not currently on CM10 but this was never an issue when I was so it's probably your APN settings unless something was recently changed to break it.

The APN setting is correct from what I can tell, I only flashed CM 10.1 and JB GAPPS, then did a factory reset. still not working out for me unfortunately.

I got it to work by doing a factory reset again, it might've been something i installed. Thanks for the help!
