Jellybean browsers with tabs?

Hello I wanted to know if I can get this browsers with the tabs things to close and open new page . im running AOKP 4.2.2 ROM.

That appears to either be a tablet, ParanoidAndroid ROM, Xposed Framework or some other mod that allows you to modify the DPI of the device. That browser is just the stock browser that comes wtih AOSP based roms, but has its' DPI modified to match a tablet layout.
