looking for a list of apps that are safe to remove without breaking functions of the g2. if there isnt one please tell me apps you have safely removed and a brief description of the app so that we can get a good list started.

DO NOT Remove (From my own experience):
Skyfire Observer (Visual Voicemail Fails to load)
Sprint Installer (Updates for Visual Voice Mail fail)
Sprint Extension Provider (Visual Voicemail Fails to load)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LG Intelligent Agent (Others have said it causes loss of MMS WiFi/4G hand off and loss of autoconnect for Bluetooth/WiFi) I noticed no such problems.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I froze, you can also remove:
Life Square
Life Square Log Manager
LG MLT (Said to serve purpose of LG remote support, but it tries to track all your activity and logs GPS position together with the details gathered, and that includes calls, apps starting, removing, porn, suicide, violence, etc: http://technoblimp.com/2013/08/17/lg-found-collecting-specific-user-information/))
Slide Aside
Smart Device Manager
Sprint ID
Sprint Zone
Text Translator
Sprint Connections Optimizer (but it will force close phone everytime you click on it in menu, which I doubt anyone would)
LG Qvoice/Maluba related (Menu option will remain and might force close to home if clicked on)
LG TTS+
VUTalk (better to disable from contacts menu, if you delete or diable via apps menu, the vutalk icon shows up in contacts)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Previous bloatware and removable system apps list, some are actually not bloatware in the list:
