Ultimate Deodexer is a tool engineered for all XDA Members, which allows user to deodex apk and jar files with just some few clicks. It is a automated GUI based tool and very much user friendly.

Requirement and How To Use

Requirement :

A PC with Windows OS

.NET Framework 4.0

Java Runtime Environment

How To Use :

Extract the downloaded rar file

Run the Ultimate Deodexer.exe

Click on Load Odex Files to load odex files as many as you want (You can drag and drop files and folders)

Define the Framework path (/system/framework)

Define the Output path

Hit Start and you are DONE

Go to the Output folder to find your deodexed files

I've fulfill ur requirement as written in OP, including .net 4.0 (4.5 version installed instead)
But this error happen in not only an apps, but some apps.. (bluetoothext, calculator, etc)

Run the tool as administrator (right click on app icon and click 'Run as administrator'). If it doesn't solve the problem, post the error log again.

I've did it..
Run as admin. But it just getting the same
Or maybe this occur related to java?
But I just try your advanced apk tool (that require java obviously) and it run well, despite I have to move it to C:/Windows directory & run it from there.
But I did the same with this deodex tool (move it to C:Windows dir), and still having this error. So I think there's nothing wrong with java.
