so far so good, i didn't experienced sod or so that u mentioned. did u do factory reset and wipe cache before flashing it with odin? and be sure not to restore apps that u back up from aosp rom or any custom rom. i redownload all the apps and it works smooth like butter.
I restored all apps from Aosp and didn't face sod

Apps can be restored no problem, its just system apps and settings that shouldn't be restored.its not a big problem but its not recommended to restore. there's few roms out there also not recommend to restore apps from previous rom. so if u're not having any problem then its luck then good luck !

To answer you all, I did cache and data flush. The ones that are in recovery menu.
I haven't done a "factory" reset. I have "standard" recovery, not CWM. Maybe that' my problem ?
Do you have a link to a good CWM to work with I9100G (is it the same than I9100 ?)
And I did that just after Odin download.
Does it change something to do it after Odin and not before ? I don't see why...
That was one of my questions some pages earlier : how to do a real reset. Because I noticed some stuff were left. (I got the answer few pages before)
After that with Titanium I only resored data, not apps.
Installed the Official JB and battery life is better than stock ICS but not better than the Blazing Kernel
hmmm. i think if u follow the right direction, it shouldn't went wrong. if i am you right now, i would flash back a ics stock rom as to ensure the bootloader is right, then flash a temporary cwm, get it from here then do the clear stuff like full wipe / clear cache. then use odin reflash the 4.1.2 rom again. if things goes right, your phone should running smoothly.
note : to make things clear, apps is ok to be restore. is just some system setting or data regarding the system shouldn't be restore. good luck!

Think before you give this code. This code is used for factory format. It’ll remove all files and settings including the internal memory storage. It’ll also reinstall the phone firmware.
PS: Once you give this code, there is no way to cancel the operation unless you remove the battery from the phone. So think twice before giving this code.
