This is the only question I have regarding the most stable, useful, and functional ROM on these forums.
Nils is the man, and having this update would be icing on the cake.

Aaah ... but those who have actually read this ENTIRE thread know what is, and I have long suspected that you had, more or less, abandoned updates on this ROM in favor of that other project

When this Google play services problem popped up I switched to Nil's Business Sense 4.0. It is so much better than the 3.6 sense rom. Give it a try as it works perfectly.

I have been looking at a LOT of other ROMs (as that is what seemed to be only solution to this issue) and every JB ROM (AOKP, CM, even the one attempt at Sense) have at least one major bug (i.e., the attempt at sense has a non-working camera, others are plagued with reboots or pictures/music disappearing, etc), but the bug list on the 4.0 rom is FAR longer than the bug lists on these other very ambitious ROMs, so I have avoided it.
I suspect the answer is either in Nils' surprise project, or buying a HTC One at the end of the summer when it comes out.

Really? I have been running Nils' Sense 4.0 ROM v2.10/2.11 for many months without bugs. So not sure what you are talking about. The Jelly Bean ROMs have a few problems, and the Sense 4+ with Jelly Bean is very buggy. But Nils' Sense 4 ICS build is solid.

I don't even know how I would use HDMI out from this phone. My TV cable won't plug into it, and I don't know what MHL cables are...I've only heard of them
I don't take pictures while taking video ever.
I don't use Bluetooth to transfer phone books. I only use it to stream music which works great.
Tweaks are nice to haves, not must haves for me.
I use TWRP.
So I guess it more depends on your personal usage. If you use those things, I suppose that ROM won't work for you. Hopefully it will get worked out sometime, but I am not sure about that.
The Sense 4 verison ICS Business is one of the smoothest, feature rich ROMs you will find for the Rezound.. and yes... I've tried them all Some of the Jellybean roms are pretty good but still buggy.. random reboots etc

O Yes I have read every post at least once and have well over 100 posts just int his thread. and the same for Nil's 4.0 Rom
Just because we think we know what Nil's is working doesnt mean he is. He has surprised many of us over the last 3 years I have known him.

Yeah, I have to agree. Nils lists things as a courtesy, but none of them affected my experience with the Rom... Butter.

So I tried this and it worked. Unfortunately some new apps from google won't work like hangouts but I don't use them. It did suggest to download the latest gapps and flash it, clearing your cache. I might try that way another time. Haven't tested it.
Reading the entire thread helps you understand the problem with services, for the most part. Hopefully this works for others.

The v6.3 link for the .zip file links to a corrupt .zip file that gives the unexpected end of archive error. The zip file only has META-INF folder. Does anyone have a mirror to a working zip file?
