Yeah...a full list with apps that can be disabled would be perfect for me too!But....I would say that this thread is in the wrong forum! This belongs to Q&A forum!

Just my 2 cents, I disabled the following without problems:

-Account Manager
-Email
-Exchange Services
-facebook
-Filme (Movies)
-Google Play Books
-Google Play Games
-Google Play Magazines
-Google Play Movies
-Google Play Music
-Google+
-Hangouts
-Kalender (Calendar)
-Playstation Mobile
-Social Live
-Socialife
-Sony Select
-Support
-Walkman
-Walkman
-Xperia Calendar Sync
-Xperia Friends' Music
-Xperia Music Likes
-Xperia Social Engine Photos
-Xperia Social Engine Sharing
-Xperia Lounge
-Xperia with Facebook

I use alternative Apps e.g for Calendar -> aCalendar+, Walkman -> Poweramp,....

- File Commander (replace with Total Commander)
- Info-eye (a bit useless..)

question: some of disabled apps are enabling themeselves by Update (eg. Walkman, Xperia Longue).. do you have this issue too?

If you have no intention of using the apps in the short term, you can use Titanium Backup to freeze them. They are, for all intents and purposes, uninstalled but can be unfrozen and used again if you choose.

It should stop them from updating themselves.

You will require root.

and freezing apps with titanium backup requires you to buy the key.
$5 but, it's worth the investment :)
