You missed the point.
Btw. U8800pro has tv-out, how do you connect it to the TV?

You wish, if you check the hardware (the board and elements) you will find that the circuit is only able to transmit audio, and I can guarantee on that. Only video you could get hypothetically from that jack is analog, but this device doesn't have D/A video converter and filters for headphones would cut the video layer

Try MirrorOP. It can transfer your phone screen through wifi. It can also receive your computer screen to your phone but I couldnt managed it to work.

Try to add this line to build.prop
ro.hdmi.enable=true

Or edit ro.hdmi.enable=false to ro.hdmi.enable=true

then use this:

Edit 1: Haven't tried it. It probably won't work. The kernel needs drivers for this function. For example, the radio works only with this rom.

Edit 2: It is useless you know, all this. Why not connect with a usb to the tv and use it as a flash drive. Plus, tvs can decode up to 1080p videos, whereas this phone can't.
Huawei IDEOS X5 U8800
Rom: Aurora ICS 4.0.4
Rooted: Yes/Unlocked Bootloader
Recovery: ClockworkMod Recovery 5.5.0.4
Kernel: 3.0.8
Micro SD: Kingston 8 Gb Class 4
