I know this is off-topic a bit, but my S3 has an insane chip and has been fine. I know that people whose S3 have died have said that it just happened without warning in some case (little to no freezing at all), but if my S3 doesn't die, I don't think I'm getting the S4. It has nothing to do with how Samsung is handling it. I just think that, SDS aside, the S3 (at least the i9300 and i9305) are powerful enough. Sure it's nice to have beefier specs, especially for me since I play a lot of games on my phone. But I feel like it's a lot of people are calling it: The Galaxy S3S. The only thing I really care about is the 2GB of RAM, but even that's not a big deal at this point, since the Nexus 7 has 1GB of RAM, for example.
