30/45 Steps Volume Project !

So i know many peoples likes 30/45 steps volume so i have decide to make a thread for that

What is "30 Steps Volume Project" ?

Make 30 Steps Volume for All people and All Rom !!

!! Not work on Touchwizz and Sense based ROM !!

- For normally users:

-Just provide me your framework.jar and i make it for you !

(But you can learn how to do this for the future)
-Send me the framework.jar (Rom need to be deodexed, so no framework.jar from Official stock ROM)
-Tell me what is your actually ROM (Name + Version)
-Tell me which and how many steps you want ! (For bluetooth, phone call, notifications, ring, and more)
-I send you the .zip file

Deodex ROM Test:
-Send me your framework.jar and framework.odex
-Phone need to be rooted !!

What does it do:
When you listen music you have more steps for volume level, so you can adjust the volume of your music more exactly and have a smoother scrolling.

How to install :

Copy the .zip to your sdcard

Go into the Recovery

Select "30 steps Volume Project ! (Just for your actually ROM)"

Flash it !!

Reboot and Enjoy

Warning !!
You just only flash the .zip who is made for your ROM Version !!!!

!!!!!!You are the only responsible one for the fact that you made on your Phone !!!!!

How to make it : For Devs

Follow all the steps !

First, download and install these program:

7-zip: http://www.7-zip.org/
Java: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk7-downloads-1880260.html(select your operating system) Don't install Java8, or it will not work. (I will keep up to date to find the problem with java8)
Notepad++: http://notepad-plus-plus.org/
V2-Baksmalimanager_by-HeadFox: http://www.mediafire.com/download/b...alimanager-Steps_Volumes_Projects-HeadFox.zip

1) Extract and Open the folder of Baksmalimanager.

2)After place your framework.jar or your ROM (need to be a .zip) inside their folder or nothing if you want to take the framework.jar from your phone, Run V.2-Baksmalimanager-HeadFox.bat file !

3)For Run the Normal Mod (For made 30/45 Steps Volumes hack), Type "1" and press ENTER.

Now you have 3 Options:

"A" Mod Tutorial
(If you have place a framework.jar inside "Place_.jar_here" folder before)

0)Type "1" and Press ENTER

1)Please Wait during the framework.jar decompression (baksmali) and then notepadd ++ will open automatically the AudioService.smali file (Store in framework/android/media/) who we need to edit for made this hack of Volume Steps.
Now click on the search button
2)Enter "max_"
3)Click on "Next" Button or press ENTER several times.

4)Stop to click on "Next" when you have this line.

5)Copy the underline array (It's array_390 for me but it's different on other ROM)
6)Press "Next" or press ENTER again.

7)Stop when you arrive in a shéma as this one.

8)Open calculator and enter the number of Steps you want to have.

9)Click on Hex for have values in Hexadecimal.
10)Copy it
11)Paste it at the place of "f" for have the number of Steps you want to have in media volume (For system Volume just replace the "7" at the place of "f")
11Bis) Now Save the file !! And quit notepad ++

12)Then return on the cmd console and Press ENTER

13)All is write on the Console ^^ Type "1" for YES and "2" for NO and Press ENTER

14)Now a new windows will be open with your New Framework.jar

"B" Mod Tutorial
(If you have place a Rom inside "Place_ROM_Here" folder before, (Note: The name of the Rom is not important don't need to rename it))

0)Type "2" and Press ENTER

4)If you have this message the framework.jar was correctly extract from the Rom.
Press ENTER

Universal TUTO:

7)All is write on the Console ^^ Type "1" for YES and "2" for NO and Press ENTER

8)Now a new windows will be open with your New Moded ROM

"C" Mod Tutorial
(If you want to take the framework.jar file from your phone)

0)Type "3" and Press ENTER

4)PLS READ THIS IT'S VERY IMPORTANT !!!

Yeah! But let me the time ! I just make the thread today...
I understand but some peoples just want a flashable .zip for their ROM !
But i make this 2 things: -One part for user who just want for their ROM!
-An other for devellopers
Because not all user can make this ! So It's that the "30 STEPS VOLUME PROJECT !"

Please be patient i edit the thread and update few hour.

Hello, I'd love this since the lowest volume steps are way too loud: hope this mod can fix that.

Rom:Ultra Slim CM10(Framework should be same as CM10 Because it is slimmed version of CM10 no changes)
Version: only 1 version is released and not named
