Oddly enough, by installing this kernel I ended up with the default cyanogenmod kernel.

Oddly enough, by installing this kernel I ended up with the default cyanogenmod kernel.
I could only get this kernel to install by taking the zImage and bcm4329.ko from the ZIP in the OP, replace the zImage/bcm4329.ko in another ZIP (a duplicate I had on my SD of Pershoot's kernel) with them, then flash.

Tested now:
It shows me Linux version 2.6.32.39-cyanogenmod
(home@ubuntu) etc.

I modified a little,Updater-Script and I don`t need boot.img,because
have my own modified at my custom MIUI ROM.
I think boot.img is not needed because "mkbootimg"
at the zip add the kernel to the boot.img which you have
at your ROM!

I've read that it scales based on all sorts of factors like battery percentage, temperature, screen state etc., all without profiles in SetCPU/CPU Tuner/whatever

I'm no dev,just a flashaholic, but this 35.10 kernel has been out for a while, and seems as though noone has tried to oc/uv it at all???? So is there something thats holding you awesome devs back?? I love sence 3 buts it needs a little power boostage, its zippy but definitly needs oc??? Has anyone got any info on this???

I think your thinking about something else. Sense 3.0 has been on my mind but the thing about it is that I need the source for it. There probably is one but I'm just lazy right now
There's a lot of things that I'm working on. And most likely it might take some time before I focus on one thing more than another
This kernel is my main focus right now. After its done other things should be easier
