Galaxy S Plus I9001 - CyanogenMod 7.1 and 9.0 [Porting state] update 18/09/2012

recovery reboot problem
ok so i have the problem with the recovery stucking at the phone sellecting to reboot to recovery or with rom manager so i read in the developing topic that this is fixed by flashing again the recovery so i tryied to do so again with cwm recovery as i did on the first time but i couldnt because it showed me an error of some sort (if its really relavent i will try again to post error but im too lazy to do now ) so then i tryied with odin but my phone wont find drivers wile connected so it wont work so yeah any help woulb be appreciated thanks

I installed the rom yesterday and it's great so far! 
. No problems found. But I have some improvements/fixes for the next build. NOTICE: this is not a hate/spam/troll post, but a list of tips and improvements for the next build. Just to help the developers and the users of CyanogenMod 9 to provide the best possible experience.
Improvements:
- Rotation of the screen (both landscape and portrait) can go alot quicker. Now it takes about 2-3 seconds. Maybe the sensor must be recalibrated?? dunno.
- An option to change/adjust the intensity of the vibration. Now it's a little too intense (in my opinion).
- Vibration feedback for the 'menu' key and the 'back' key.
- Some improvement(s) in the speed for the launcher and rom. It is sometimes a bit laggy when coming out of the standby-mode.
- Maybe more improvements/tips/fixes whatever in my next post...
- I use this rom now for daily use, so I have to test some things the next few days.

Can you be more specific, please? In games, specific apps, standy-mode? Because I have no issues with heating up. Not yet tested with 3d games only 2d games Angry Birds etc. And also no issues in ICS itself.

I got two problems or bugs in cm9 i9001 rev2
Pages in web doesnt display just get blank even after typing the website...lyk google.com doesn't show up bt in tab view it does
Next problem is that i cnt set my own wallpapers in vertical mode

Edited-- a restart solved my problem of web pages but wat about wllpapers?

I can't use Wifi, the phone crashes and gets stuck during boot animation if I attempt to do so. Installed via recovery restore. How do I flash it like a normal custom rom?

Ok i wil wait for weeks frm nw,sorry for fillin up spaces
Now i got more problem the sms centre option isnt located in sms settings due to which i m unable to send sms and also the reciever of my call cnt hear me due to very low voice but i can hear him clearly

I had the problem a few days ago, too. Just go to Apps und search for the internet browser App. Then delete data. After that it should work normal.
