Early last month, when I found that my TD Visa Debit wouldn't work, I sent an email to their support with a link and quote from their own "accepted methods of payment" page which indicated these cards are accepted, and they responded saying they're not. When I got the "customer satisfaction" survey, I sent the same information but never heard back and assumed it was lost in bureaucracy. Perhaps enough users raised their voices that we were finally heard!
Just now, I've successfully added my TD Visa Debit to Google Wallet and made a purchase from an independent online merchant. It worked!
