[PORT] [ROM] [LG E400 ICS 4.0.4/ CM9 Based] AOKP E400M6 ( milestone )

This time i try to port AOKP Milestone6 into our LG E400 a.k.a Optimus L3.
I take it from HTC Explorer a.k.a PICO HERE the Thread. Thanks to him and who Thanked by him :good:

Working for Daily use:

- Everything working fine ( Please Report if you got something errors ). This ROM Development must go on


Issue/ Bugs:

- MTP sometimes couldn't read SDcard properly ( like a missing files, but it's still there )
- Wi-Fi Hotspot ( Bugs from both ROMs )
- Mobile Data Toggle won't shown up
- HoneyComb Locksreen doesn't appear (just don't use this feature)
- GPS not working
- Everything Fixed on Build # 2 and by Install Hotfix on Post # 5

Still looking for some bugs but I got to tell ya, its hard to find them!
However, when I set the weather to be visible in my notification drawer/lockscreen, I don't like the fact that the text is still English as I set my default language to Netherlands.
Is there some way that I am able to fix this by myself? ( for appointments in my agenda the days of the week are also in English at the lockscreen... )

- Beats Audio Plug-ins ( Bass power is terrible when maximum volume )
- JB Trebuchet ( un-customizeable/ AOKP hasn't Launcher settings as CM )
- AudioFX ( less features )
- Irberserk Kernel ( doesn't support for SWAP )

- Fixed MTP Connections
- JB Adreno Drivers
- Fully Gapps ( Previously using Slim Gapps for HTC that incompatible with L3 ( Some Apps wouldn't works )
- dansh/ kgdhost Kernel ( OC, Swap and TUN/TAP support )

- Xperia Launcher with fully customize Dock and Corners

- Awesome Beats Manager + Dolby Mobile with Plug-ins support ( get experience of Best Bass Booster for L3 ) I've got from HERE so thank to him

- ICS Binder ( Fixed Apps reading Int and Ext-SD, Thanks to huntingdown for telling me the simply work app ) my new default framework mount point sometime not mount Media Files on Ext-SD

- A.Chep Sense3 Lockscreen ( additional lockscreen style for Sense Lovers like me )

How to activated: go to Settings > Security > select Locksreen style > select "none". Then open this app and thick for activate... cool huh? :good:

- e400 ROMs ( Latest Version, app now working properly )
- Barnacle Wi-Fi Tether ( Works on Laptop and Symbian phones, but not for another Android devices )
- File Manager ( forgotten on Build # 1 )

For some apps are additional ( not a system apps ), i just put them on /data/app/. if you do a full wipe after flash this ROM, then the Apps will be gone... but you can install it manually with extract this ROM, and navigate to /data/app/ folder.

For Blurred Screen BrotherHood: you have to flash Suxsem Kernel after flash this ROM

I need someone to help me fix the problems, not just for complaints. ( i hate to say that but i have to )

For now, i just fix a MTP connections, int-sd and ext-sd now can recognized by the apps and your PC. as you can see a proof picture below:


i know it's look like weird in the name but it's no big deal.... agreed?
my second built will be available in less than 2 days, with another updates ( you will see later )

Here, i wanna tell you how to remove the transparency if you really don't like it at all;
- open your file explorer, copy framework-res.apk from /system/framework/ to your sdcard
- send it to your pc
- open it with winrar or 7z
- now browse to /res/drawable-nodpi/
- you will see background_holo_dark.png ( as dark/ settings background ) and background_holo_light.png ( as light/ phonebook and mms background )
- delete both
- prepare your .PNG pics as you want for changed ( i don't have to tell you how's the sizes )
- make it sure you was change the name as default ( see above ) and those files should be a .PNG file
- just drag and drop into the last folder you opened in framework-res.apk
- now close all windows, and send it ( framework-res.apk ) back into your phone
- copy to /system/. DON'T right to /system/framework/ because you need change permission and owner first. or you will end with bootloop!
- once you have done with changes, move it to /framework dir. ( you will ask for replaced an existing file, select ok ) now reboot your phone...

But, if you think you can't do that or feel it difficult.

it's Holo Background as CM9 default... enjoy it.
