I need to know how to restore Nandroid Backups, because I don't know why backups download from internet can't be found in recovery, but backups made by myself could be found in there! but not in virtual SD card.

Will restoring a CWM backup restore the firmware it was based off of? Or will it just restore the rom etc?

It only restores the ROM, sometimes the related stock recovery is inlcuded. You will have to run a RUU or manually flash the older firmware before restoring the stock backup.

Not sure what file you are referring to? I tried the third link of M7 CWM Nandroid Backup CID HTC__102 1.29.401.12/Backup (1.29.401.12) 2013-05-16.18.34.54.zip and I was able to download it. I also checked on the server and 3 others users have downloaded it as well.
Try it again now. If it doesn't work post the details of which file you are trying.
