I had a status 7 error when first flashing CM10. I had to remove the first line of the updater-script in \META-INF\com\google\android

I don't think that camera is working.. Yes it's shows normal , but when you press record it freezes... Then you get media force close... Tried with Instagram , same problem . So I think it's rom problem.

I record normal with soft aplication and no freezes. Video that i record with camera is playin normal. This must work

what do you mean software application, I have only 1 icon....
And video recording is freeze for me also.
Edit: on this rom you do not have soft application (you have it only on pacman rom.

in PAC MAN are 2 camera but in Avatar is only 1 camera ap.

I also had problems with your media_profiles.xml. I had preview but i couldn't record (Gallery FC).

Try using this one: https://raw.github.com/TeamHackLG/android_device_lge_p700/cm-10.1/configs/media_profiles.xml It works on cm10.1.

Media codecs doesn't need replacement. The one in cm10.1 works good.
