EVO3D GSM ICS not coming to OTA

I have an EVO 3D GSM bought from Australia Optus
(or maybe not Optus since I got the phone unlocked from a salesman who 'won' it from HTC)

I am reading many articles here and there that there is ICS update available for EVO 3D but it is not
coming to my OTA. I attach my firmware capture screen.

Is this normal?

It's unlock running gb, what does your bootloader say? Hold down the volume down button and the power button at the same time and a white blinding display will pop up, as for OTA ICS, I would avoid attempting to download it you could end up with a real mess on your hands, the OTA will not flash properly if your bootloader is running a custom recovery. You might be able to flash a custom ICS roms or even jelly bean depending on your hboot and if you are security off (s-off)

( Don't ask me for help as I couldn't care if your phone explodes, eh! )
