Maybe Softbricked ?

Hi Guys,

I have a Problem i flashed a wrong firmware yesterday so i get hboot 1.54 and firmware version looks like this
OS-5.11.401.10 (2.24.401.1)

now i have the problem after the flash i cant use fastboot on windows 8.1 so windows dont detect the htc one i hope anyone can help me ?

Looks like you did not flash hboot twice, and most likely your device is not going to respond to touch.

Get a windows 7 or linux machine and post output of fastboot getvar all
