You need a program that can read torrent files. That download is just the torrent file. If downloading it to your phone you can download utorrent or bittorrent to open the actual download. Same goes for computer. Once you download the program, open the file with the program, and your actual Jedi Master download should start

I downloaded BitTorrent. All it wants me to go is Google for torrents. Won't let me browse my device.

I've never been able to figure these things out.

I have decided that I hate torrents

Download kickass torrent app then just click on the downloaded torrent and it'll take over the actual file will be in root/ kat.phdownloads

alright, well my sd card does not work. I have a 64GB sandisk which worked fine, but now in this rom it does not work. works fine on the computer when i plug it in though an adapter but not in the phone. it was formated ExFat so i reformatted and tried again, same thing, says that the sd card is ready to be removed. so i plugged it back in and reformatted ntfs and plugged it back into the phone. the phone said that a blank card was inserted and needed to be formatted. once i formatted it, it went back to saying that the sd card is ready to be removed...

please advise...

Well i guess it's not just that accidental version of v16 i got last night that is causing the usb problem. Ive read back since the update release and haven't seen anyone else mention it so i have to ask, is anyone else having their phone freeze up right when the usb is plugged into the phone from the computer. This is something that is happening constantly to me & i never had a problem with jedi roms. Im gonna reflash & try going back to the red theme instead of the black and white to see if thats the prob, but if anyone else can check what happens when they plug in their phones usb to their pc and give me some info if this is also happening to them id greatly appreciate it. :cowboy:

Well i just found out somewhat whats happening. I dont know if this is the only thing causing this but if i touch the screen on my phone at all while plugging in the usb it causes the phone to freeze. Like i said i dont know if thats the only cause because what just made me notice it again is i had my phone plugged into the usb and went to turn the screen on but it wouldnt turn on and i had to pull the battery.

Lol don't worry bro you'll get it.

Since you downloaded BitTorrent, just go to the file you downloaded and try opening it.

You should get the open with menu then all you need to do is hit open with BitTorrent

I'm having same issue as well. Already tried formatting it to fat32 and still no go as well.

E92tuning lol. Yea I tried formating it on PC too and once I insert it to the N2 its telling me to format again because card is damaged. After I format on N2 its just saying that its safe to remove from device. Don't know if its the fornating software I'm using or not. But it was fine when I was running on master 13 when I formatted to fat32. I upgraded to master 14 and had this SD card issue so I just went back to stock rooted until master 16 came out then it happened again. Don't want to go back to stock because I really like this ROM but don't want this to be the reason to go back to stock.

Try flashing the stock MD1 kernel. You should be able to use either exfat or fat32... try both.

So now i flashed back to v30.2 saber kernel, which was always amazing, and now i have no usb connecting to my PC at all except to charge. Like i said I've always lived on this rom being the best and never had an issue, not saying im pissed cause of 1 problem,lol, it's just this, issues just getting alittle odd here now. Guess im gonna try flashing v32 and see what happens. Not trying to sound like im owed something here but i help alot of users in here very often and im just hoping some users can give me a little info and help back here when they get the chance. Thanks anyone who can chime in here for your time.

I was having same issue until I updated kies on PC along with drivers. Give that a shot.

Alrighty here,lol. I know this was pretty fast but i've pinned this down to being a kernel issue. Just flashed v32 & have all usb function back. & even to test it i flashed v30.2 back and lost all usb function:silly:. Im pretty sure in the next few days theres gonna be alot of people with this prob so if you read this and it helps just throw a brother a thanks,lol. In all seriousness im happy i got the situation figured out here now.:cowboy:

Thanks for the help :cowboy:. Only prob is i have all the latest drivers & dont even install samsung kies. Still appreciate the reply though. Like i mentioned though i pinned it down to being a kernel problem so i hope the info helps others out if they have the problem in the days to come. I can almost guarantee it's a kernel problem as i just tested it 4 seperate times in the past hr to come up with the conclusion. Thanks again for the reply though.EDIT!!!. Not trying to sound like mr. know it all here either as it can always just be my phone and the kernel, & others will be fine

I am very thankful for all your dedicated hard work. I served our country for 16 years and saw combat in two wars 91 and 03. My life is family first me second hobies rank way later. It is obvious you love your hobby but never let that-this take so much. Some here are self seeking and they shouldnt depend on anything...you owe no one here anything..thats wrong..any one here can move on me included. You and yours come first I kinda laugh inside seeing what I think are people getting to deep here because its simply an electronic communication tool and its a fun hobby and I see it as such some think otherwise. Toying with tech is fun but you and your loved ones are first just as me and mine are to me.
I hope others understand all you've given and appreciate the need you surely must have to unplug and take heed of priority one. Drop off the grid take care of yourself and family drop this rom for a set time and reground your priorities these are the gifts of freedom we fought so hard for and yet sometimes we can get diverted and that can cause personal anguish. I know I lived it.

    Jedi Council's Guide to Thread Participation":

    Generally speaking, we are a pretty calm group of people, but as with so many other things in life, there are those that evoke a negative response from the very start. THAT is why we are such believers in maintaining a polite, respectful thread. Most everyone here is eager to help, and the only thing we ask is (despite the associated tedium) read the entire thread, it can only help. If and when you are still stuck, feel free to ask questions, we're all here to help one another.

    Hey guys!!!

    Thanks to my friends in the council, most of you are aware that things are extremely hectic at this point for me, rendering it almost impossible to continue this work at this time...
    BUT...
    I am also aware that there are thousands of you who literally rely on my work as your only ROM/Kernel and I feel that I need to honor that loyalty and do my best to continue. With this all in mind, I am and will be working my hardest to update as often as possible but this will mean alot of completely sleepless nights, etc and every bit of support will always be appreciated.

    I will not be able to answer many questions at all or even drop in very often but will whenever the possibility arises... I hope you all can understand and help eachother as much as possible as the council strives to do daily
